The wealthy Mohsen meets his arch rival, Asim, and a verbal argument arises between them, after which Mohsen loses consciousness. The poor nurse, Sania, treats him. He feels grateful to her, and they bond in love, gives her a gift, and decides to marry her. Kawthar Hanem feels jealous and decides to ruin the marriage. Assem helps her by making Mohsen believe that there is a relationship between Assem and Saniya. Disagreements arise between the spouses, and Mohsen believes that she is cheating on him.
