Advertising manager Sandra has been living in Berlin for some time. When she inherits a Tyrolean mountain hut from her father, she travels back to her old home for the first time to sell the traditional excursion restaurant. Contrary to expectations, she realizes her true destiny and reopens the "Hüttenwirt". However, the unscrupulous mayor Xaver Riemer, who has wanted to take over the hut for years, does everything he can to thwart her ambitious plans. Sandra receives support from, of all people, Xaver's son Markus, the love of her youth.
