Davida Williams (born September 5, 1986) is an American actress, director, and producer who first rose to prominence as a child and teen performer in the 1990s and early 2000s. A native of Los Angeles, she is widely recognized for her role as Claire Miller, the rival to the title character in the hit Disney Channel series Lizzie McGuire, and later reunited with Hilary Duff for the 2004 film Raise Your Voice.
