Emir is a feature film, commercials, TV series, corporate films, and music videos director. His father is Iranian and his mother is Turkish and was born in Izmir, Turkey. He can speak Turkish, Persian (Farsi), Azerbaijani and English. He graduated from Radio TV-Cinema Department of Istanbul University and he started his career with music videos, he directed about 200 music videos. He then followed up directing of commercials, feature films, and TV series.
